Waisalima Beach Resort & Dive Centre is set on approximately ten acres of lush tropical gardens and is situated on the beach right next to the Great Astrolabe Reef, one of the largest and most unspoiled reefs in the World. The resort is intimate, eco-friendly and a great place to getaway and we’re sure you’ll enjoy the world-class diving and snorkelling alongside the abundant sea life including sea turtles, whales and snapper or you can even snorkel with the Manta Rays at Buliya!
Waisalima itself is located on the eastern-most tip of ‘Fiji’s Natural Treasure’, Kadavu Island and set amongst a lush tropical backdrop of gardens and scenic mountainous terrain.
We have hammocks strung out all along the beach for you to relax in and the beach is literally at the doorstep of your bure!
The bures themselves are made in the traditional fashion and are very eco-friendly. The entire resort is solar-powered (we of course have generator backup in case of emergency) and facilities to charge electrical equipment such as your digital cameras and iPhones. If your phone is set to global roaming, you will also still have contact with the outside world via the Digicel network (only if you want to, of course).
Absolute beach-front bures are strung along the beach in a very pretty beach-garden setting, shaded by coconut palms and frangipani trees. A delightfully innovative blend of traditional thatch and coconut fronds have been used in the construction of all our bures.

Our En-Suite Bures are slightly more comfortable while still presenting a simplistic charm right on the beach. Along with wooden or decorated floors and attached bathrooms, it is spacious and airy.
Aesthetically appealing, the practical simplicity also provides comfort within. A good sleep is essential for our guests and we make sure our beds and bedding allow a good night’s rest. We pride ourselves in cleanliness in order for you to enjoy your stay at Waisalima.
Our bar is well stocked with Fiji Bitter, red and white wines and spirits which are always nice with our sumptuous meals.

Standard Rooms: A King or Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with either a private walled courtyard or garden view.

The Deluxe Honeymooner: A King size bed, en-suite bathroom and larger balcony with ocean views. (Tell us in advance when you reserve this room and we’ll throw in a free bottle of bubbly!)

Sheraton Royal Denarau Resort is one of three Sheraton resorts on popular Denarau Island – only a 15-minute drive from Nadi airport. All the resorts are welcoming of families and have kids’ clubs, kids’ meals and playgrounds.

Castaway Island Resort
Castaway Island Resort is a private island resort in the beautiful Mamanuca group of islands east of Viti Levu. Castaway has a complimentary kids’ club open to children three years and older from 9am to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm, and a supervised children’s dinner between 5pm and 6.30pm.

Shangri-La Fijian Resort
Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort is located on its own island in the Yanuca group, surrounded by superb beaches and close to a natural lagoon, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Naviti Resort
Naviti Resort is spread across 38 acres of tropical gardens on Fiji’s famous Coral Coast. Self-contained rooms can comfortably accommodate families of 2 adults and 2 children. There are plenty of activities and facilities for kids of all ages and a Rugg Rats club for kids aged 5 to 12.

Plantation Island Resort
Plantation Island Resort is located west of Nadi on the island of Malololailai. Children under two stay free, and two kids under 16 can also share a room with their parents for free. An assortment of free activities, from mini-golf to crab racing will keep the kids entertained while they hang out at the Coconut Kids Club. Additional nanny and child-minding services are also available.

Koro Sun Resort
Koro Sun Resort is surrounded by the lush rainforests of northern Fiji and is close to quiet beaches and interesting villages. It has family-sized rooms and the Koro Kids Club, open from 8am-5pm daily for kids three and up.
